We define the sanitary guarantee of consumer products
as Safety of our Products.
The concepts of Quality and Safety are basic strategic instruments for
the competitiveness, profitability, survival, and future development
of our company and are fundamental objectives thereof.
As the customers are the fundamental asset of the Company, our primary
objective is to win full satisfaction of their expectations and needs
through the ability to satisfy their demands, regulations, and legal
requirements as far as Quality and Safety are concerned.
As the Company staff are the main driving force of the Company in its
running and obtaining results, achieving full satisfaction of their expectations
and needs is also a priority objective by motivating and integrating
them into a common and exciting Company project.
The Management assumes exercise of leadership in a manner that favours
management of Quality and Safety as one of its main responsibilities,
thereby acting as a driving force in which it leads the way, and serves
as an exampl in fulfilling an obligation that affects all of us who work
at this Company and whose basic overall objectives are:
- To assure the quality and safety of our Products.
- To demonstrate the capacity of our Company to coherently provide
products that will meets customer demands and applicable regulations.
To increase customer satisfaction by efficiently applying a Quality
and Safety management system included in the process to continuously
improve
on them and to assure that customer demands and applicable
regulations are met.
In holding steadfastly to these principles, the Management assumes responsibility
in creating, implementing, and maintaining a Quality and Safety management
system at all levels of the Company based on the application of the ISO-9001:2000
BRC:2002 Norms by publicly declaring the importance of and its commitment
to:
- Meeting the demands of customers, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Establishing, reviewing, and updating the Company's objectives.
- Availing ourselves of the necessary resources to have the Quality
and Safety management system up and running.
- Working for continuous improvement in the Company and its results.
- Communicating and having its Quality and Safety Policy made known.
- Reviewing the Quality and Safety Policy periodically in order to
guarantee that it will be continuously adapted.
